We have included a financial worksheet (attachment to email) for a 1 bedroom villa to give you some idea of the amount of return you can expect along with the ownership privileges. The mortgage on the investment analysis is based on a typical Spanish mortgage from Caja Canarias which will lend you up to 80% of the value of the property at 2.70% fixed for the first two years.
 
All of the figures below are based on 3 weeks of personal usage, however, you can use it as often as you like, or you can opt out of the letting program altogether. Obviously the more you use it the less income you will get.
 
It is also important to note that when you are in the letting program you pay no service or utility charges which are all assumed by the management company.
 
All villas are refurbished with brand new furniture, appliances and hardwood floors and are kept in the same condition at which you purchased when you are in the letting program. In other words, if something breaks or needs replacing through natural wear and tear when it is in the letting program, it is replaced at the expense of the management company.
